It's Mike's wedding day, and he's absolutely hammered from his stag night the night before. His best man Gary helps him out; dragging him out of bed, getting him ready for the big day. The two stop off for a drink in their local pub before going to the church, and there Mike confesses to having a few last minute nerves about marrying the love of his life, Lucy.

When the pair arrive at the church, there's no one there. No relatives, no vicar, nothing. Where the hell is everyone? Mike panics. Does he really love Lucy enough to marry her? A phone call from his bride to be confirms his worst fears - she can't marry him. Gary agrees to go and pay her a visit to see if he can't persuade Lucy to change her mind.

When Gary doesn't return and doesn't answer his mobile, Mike panics even more. He goes back to Lucy's flat. They argue. She locks herself in the kitchen. She won't listen to him. Instead, Mike goes nosing around Lucy's bedroom and makes some shocking discoveries. From here on in, Mike's wedding day goes from bad to worse to his last day on planet earth.
