Meet Billy. Billy has problems. Girls. Work. Food. Parents. Chimpanzees…LIFE. He's eighteen, has no job, no friends, no life. Simply put; he's a loser. He has dreams of being a big rock star or becoming an artist or writing a best selling novel; but those are just fantasies. He doesn't want to work because he can't see the point in doing something he just doesn't want to do.

Then there are Billy's parents. Jurgen and Gertrude. They're German. They're eccentric. Mad. Barking mad. Jurgen has eaten nothing but spam sandwiches and raw carrot for the past thirty years. Gertrude is just paranoid about everything. They both want Billy to get out of their house and get a job. This causes friction between Billy and his parents.

Time is running out for Billy; he has to change or stay daydreaming forever. Will he get back with Susan? Will he get a job and rebuild his life?

A comedy about a boy who's coming down while growing up.

Billy bumps into his ex-girlfriend; Susan. She's a few years older than he is and is bright, attractive and going places. Billy still wants to get back with her. Only problem is Susan has moved on with her life. Billy's going nowhere fast, that's obvious for all to see. She agrees to meet Billy on a string of dates and Billy hopes to re-ignite their old relationship.
